How to install the latest version of AMD Radeon driver?

I currently using pointlinux-mate-full-3.0b3-64.
Any suggestion is welcome. :wink:

what do you mean 'latest'? from repository or amd site (there is only beta)? what card do you have? what is the reason to change driver?

there is general site https://wiki.debian.org/AtiHowTo with redirection to info on propriety drivers. googling for info you can always try using Debian and AMD tags.

I have radeon hd6320 and use just standard open source driver. for mate works fine. not working good for original gnome, switching to classic (I tried with Debian standard gnome edition but do not use it at all). you can try to install fglrx-driver.
