wired ethernet network not restored after suspend to ram

Postby denis_p » 18 Jan 2015, 14:18

Hi everyone,

This is with PointLinux 3.0b3.
When connected to ethernet, after suspend to ram, the network stays down instead of being restored (and nm-applet icon shows that it is disconnected). I have to perform "sudo service network-manager restart" from a terminal to get it back again.
This problem does not exist with PL 2.3.1, nor with Debian Jessie (all installed on the same computer).
Do you have any idea why this happens, and what I could do to avoid having to restart network-manager manually each time I'm back from suspend ?
Thanks,

Denis
