hi there, since today i became a new point-linux user, installed it on my netbook and.....man i really love this distro.
I'm new to 'mate' but i think i find my way around it ;) . Everything just works, installed some progs as radiotray, unetbootin, pinta,... . Really a great job the develloper has done here.
Just i can't find 'deadbeef' in synaptic so instead i installed 'audasious' but i find it strange since deadbeef is in my knowings in the debian repo's.

Hello, Drum!

Thank you! You're welcome here!

Deadbeef is not present in Wheezy. :( However Russian folks say you can grab it here. Haven't tested it though.

if you do not mind I think exaile (from repository) is the better option. it's smaller than audasious and more functional than Deadbeef. moreover uses gtk libraries.
